In this course, participants will learn about the tips and tricks, best practices, and guidelines gathered by our support experts. Participants will gain a better understanding of what is required to provide support for LS Central and the tools to enable them to solve issues reported by customers.
It is not necessary for participants to bring their own computers but having a computer with the latest LS Central software installed can be beneficial to the training.
This course can be delivered as a private online/on-site course according to availability and terms & conditions. The duration may then be adjusted.
