This course is focused on the features and functions of LS Central for hotels.

After completing this course, you will have an understanding of LS Central for hotels concepts and functionality, be able to set up your hotel and learn how to manage guest experience.

The LS Central for hotels Base Certification test is held at the end of the course for public/private sessions. For those that have taken the on-demand course, there is an associated test fee and specific test session dates are available on our training calendar.

The passing grade is 75%. The test assesses at an expertise level, and completing the course without the training success prerequisites can make it challenging to obtain a passing grade.

Preparation requirements

All participants must have the LS Central Virtual Machine (VM) installed before the course. It is possible to download it from the LS Retail Portal by clicking on the link provided. If you cannot access the VM site, please contact academy@lsretail.com. 

Please make sure you have your current/updated developer license with LS Retail objects available and uploaded to the server on the VM.

All participants should be local administrators of the machines they use.

This course is available through our on-demand learning system. This course can also be delivered as a private online/on-site course according to availability and terms & conditions. Pricing and duration may then be adjusted.
