Submit a support request

As stated in our Partner Agreement we only support and resolve bugs, through our support channel, that are found within the last two released versions.

See article 6.7: LS Retail‘s obligation to provide enhancements service is limited to the latest versions of the Software Product/s. LS Retail‘s obligation to provide support services is limited to the latest versions of the Software Product/s and one immediately prior version.

LS Retail follows the same product lifecycle support as Microsoft. Please submit a support request, if you have any questions regarding this policy.

Please note that we strongly recommend that you use our Knowledge Base to search for answers to your questions before submitting a new request. The Knowledge Base displays results from submitted support tickets and from our Online Help resources.
